Our Service Commitment to You

In most areas, your newspaper can be delivered to your door, your mailbox, or any other convenient location that you request by 6:00am Monday to Friday and 8:00am on Saturday.  Outlying areas should receive their paper by 8:00am Mon-Sat.  Your newspaper should always be clean and dry and readable. If it's not, please let us know.

Billing Options

There are three ways to pay for your subscription (unless otherwise specified):

  1. Easy Payment Plan on a Credit Card
  2. Easy Payment Plan by Bank Debit
  3. Term payment

Regardless of your payment method, your Spectator subscription is continuous, and it will continue until you call us to cancel.

Easy Payment Plan

This is the most convenient payment option and the one most of our subscribers choose.  When you make monthly payments by credit card, your credit card will be charged in the first week of each month for that month's delivery.  For those on Automatic Bank Debit, the charge will appear on the first of the month for that month's delivery.  Your subscription will automatically be renewed each month and will continue until you call us to cancel.
