Harare --- Songstress Ammara Brown and Nigerian Banku star Mr Eazi have teased a brand new collaboration due out soon.

The sultry Ammara, who is now based in South Africa, took to her Instagram over the weekend and teased followers with a picture of her with Mr Eazi aka Zagadat, working in the studio.

The as yet released track is likely to be a breakthrough for Ammara in West Africa where she’s hardly known.

And like most of her collabos, the upcoming single alongside Mr Eazi of the ‘Leg Over’ fame promises to be a sure fire hit considering her previous collaborations.

The ‘Akiliz’ singer has topped the Zimbabwean charts with collabos featuring a number of Zimbabwean artistes Jah Prayzah on Jure, Bhachura with ExQ and Mukoko alongside Tytan.

One thing fans should be rest assured is that Ammara always brings out her best on collaborations.

While music lovers are rocking to a number of tracks by Mr Eazi some might be new to him.

Born Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade on 19 July 1991, Mr Eazi is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur.

He is the pioneer of Banku Music, a fusion sound he describes as the mixture of Ghanaian bounces, Ghanaian highlife, Nigerian chord progressions, and Nigerian patterns.

Mr Eazi relocated to Kumasi in 2008 and enrolled at KNUST, where he began booking artists to perform at college parties.

He showed interest in music after recording a guest verse on “My Life”, a song that gained traction and became a popular record at KNUST.

Mr Eazi released his debut mixtape, About to Blow, in July 2013.

He gained an international audience following the release of the 2015 single “Skin Tight”.

His second mixtape, Life Is Eazi, Vol. 1 – Accra To Lagos, was released on 10 February 2017.

In March 2018, several outlets reported that Mr Eazi signed a record deal with Diplo's label Mad Decent.

Mr Eazi signed a licensing deal with Universal Africa, a subsidiary of Universal Music Group.
