Windhoek The Angolan entrepreneurs residing in Namibia last week formed an association to promote the potential of Angola in Namibia and Namibia in Angola in a bit to guarantee business development in both countries.
The event was attended by the Angolan Ambassador to Namibia -Angola Jovelina Imperial who emphasised the essence of the association and the benefits it will bring on both countries.
In her speech, she said the association is also inline to the main objectives of the Angolan Government on economy diversifying and bringing new investors to Angola.
She said the Angolan Embassy in Namibia will give the Association all the necessary institutional support, so that entrepreneurs can develop their activities.
During the same event, the president-elect of the Association of Angolan Entrepreneurs Residing in Namibia (AEARN), António Sebastião Vemba, promised to work together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Namibia and to help everyone associated to expanding their business in Namibia and Angola.
(AEARN) aims to promote and support cooperation between Angolan and Namibian entrepreneurs, promoting commercial and technological exchange for the development of both countries.
